01License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Wear OS device upon purchasing it through the Google Play Store. All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and intellectual property associated with the App remain our exclusive property.
02Purchases and Refunds
The App is sold as a paid download. All transactions and refund requests are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.
03System Requirements & Battery Use
The App requires a compatible Wear OS device to function properly. Features such as Always-On Display (AOD) or high-brightness elements may increase battery consumption. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with all third-party devices or future Wear OS software updates.
04Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
05Changes to Terms
